There is now a choice of six instruments that may be used to meet Medicaid screening requirements. The instruments are: Ages and Stages Questionnaire (ASQ), Brigance Screens, Child Development Chart (CDC), Parents' Evaluation of Developmental Status (PEDS), Prescreening Developmental Questionnaire (PDQ II), and the Denver II Developmental Test.
